  • Identify their own gaps in knowledge and awareness that may be standing in the way of their effectiveness in championing inclusion, belonging, and accessibility.
  • Possess an advanced-level understanding of concepts and terminology so they feel equipped to lead and effectively participate in important discussions around improving inclusion, belonging, and accessibility.
  • Utilize a new toolbox of day-to-day skills and behaviors aimed at fostering more inclusive and welcoming organizations.
  • Craft an effective action plan for improvements in the organization.

Employee Training

The goal of organization-wide employee training is to increase employees' understanding of why inclusion matters, develop their vocabulary and fluency around inclusion and accessibility, an identify how they can play a more active role in advancing these values in the organization. Engaging in our training will help employees find a sense of purpose, solidify goals, and feel motivated and empowered to be a change agent for a high-functioning organization where everyone can thrive.
Our organization-wide employee training helps employees:
  • Understand how exclusion and oppression operate at individual, institutional, and ideological levels.
  • Identify how their own life experience and social positions impact their perception.
  • Improve their ability to see the world more clearly and empower them to act from this awareness.
  • Learn where and how they can apply this new knowledge in both their personal and professional lives to serve as change agents for a more inclusive society.
