Kim Johnson, MBA

Ally to Accomplice is co-owned and operated by Kim Johnson and Carrie Hutchinson. What sets our firm apart is the expertise and experience brought by our unique team. Kim specializes in mission-driven marketing and organizational improvement initiatives, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in both nonprofit and corporate environments. Carrie is a researcher and professor specializing in the science of intergroup dynamics, with over 15 years of experience as a curriculum designer and high-impact facilitator. Our content is intentionally designed for maximum impact based on proven methods for bringing out the best in individuals, teams, and organizations.
